This notice explains how Temprant handles the personal data of anyone who visits temprant.com or writes to us. It covers this site and the requests that reach us by email. Meetings are booked on an external platform, which has its own notice.

Who handles the data

Data controller: Temprant. For any request, including the rights listed below, write to info@liberatori.eu.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, email address, company and whatever you write in the message, when you contact us or book a call.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring page, taken from the server logs to run and protect the site.

Why we handle it

• Answering requests and setting up meetings: legal basis, pre-contractual measures at the request of the person concerned.
• Security and operation of the site: legal basis, legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

Contact requests stay for 24 months from the last exchange. Technical logs for up to 12 months. Then they are deleted.

Who else sees it

Only the suppliers we need to run the site and the mail: the server host, the email provider, the meeting booking system and Google, which serves the site fonts and sees your IP address in doing so. They handle the data on our behalf and do not use it for themselves. We do not sell data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to the processing, by writing to info@liberatori.eu. We answer within one month, as the regulation requires. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority.
